About Me

Having experienced years of anxiety when she was a young adult, Kelly has now made it her mission to help others reset their nervous system through massage. At the time, she had tried many holistic modalities to calm her mind and body. It wasn't until she started receiving regularly scheduled gentle massages, that she reduced her stress and experienced  relaxation. Kelly is now:

*offering massage coaching for parents to learn to give light touch massage to their children 

*providing Swedish Massage and Light Touch Massage to school age children, teens, female adults and active seniors

*providing Compassionate Touch Massage to seniors in assisted living facilities

Kelly Grich is a licensed massage therapist in CT with 20 years of experience. She is certified in Compassionate Touch Massage, Pediatric Massage, Massage for Autism and ADHD/ADD, Relaxation Therapy and Holisitic Health Coaching and has worked with many parents to teach them the art of " story and song back massages"to calm their child's (2-9 Year Olds) mind and body. In addition, she has provided hundreds of  Swedish and Light Touch Massages to children - active seniors and Compassionate Touch to senior communities.
